I utterly love this, Laureen - resoanted the first time I heard you say it. I'd love to see more about what collective learning looks like in community; I'm thinking about it as a set of capacities we collectively aspire to reach... at our own pace, sharing our gifts where we've reached a level of understanding, and learning from others' gifts.

Part of the work feels like naming what those learnings are (and doing so together! what's our shared learning agenda for the individual and collective capacity we need?) And part feels like freeing up the space/time to actually do that learning, when almost by definition it isn't compensated.
